I'm afraid I didn't get it quite straight. I can see 2 equal screenshots. Most likely that 2-3 months ago there was a very similar offer but with another quantity of items in it. 

Yes, by mistake I uploaded the same picture 2 times. But trust me when I am saying, few months ago the same quantity of items and sapphires was at half price. I know because I was buying this pack, 4 per month to reach 50k sapphires and the reward, but not anymore ;).

I think it's automatically. If you are buying, after a while the price will rise, but I will not fall into the trap
