i think the feedback gathered is that we are more interested in a meeting with plarium officials about the status of the game and future plans.  other gaming companies hold symposiums and invite players. Plarium should be doing this as well. with an already tainted customer service reputation, itd go a long way to removing the wall between plarium and its player base.

I also like this idea of gathering and I hope that one day we will hold such meeting with the players :)

sounds like a good idea
