Game loading to 99% then black screen

My Husbands game won't load past 99% then goes to a black screen this is 72hrs now. I have tried everything to get him back up and running with his game, I've followed all troubleshooting advice numerous times and it has not helped, his laptop, graphics card etc is all up to date with no issues as everything else works perfeectly only Plarium Play and his Soldiers Inc doesn't. I've submitted tickets/reports to the support link and heard zilch back, has anybody else had or has this problem, have you fixed it, has anybody had any response from Plarium support at all? thanks for reading,

Plarium is aware of this Commander and I hope they will fix the issue soon

Le problème existe chez moi depuis le 23 novembre !!!!

Plusieurs mp envoyés pas de réponse mais surtout pas de SOLUTION !!!!

C'est inadmissible !

I know you know the problem....since August some players were already complaining.

What scares me is that over time my account will no longer be active and that I will lose my association!

I am also having this problem, I've tried everything. I have seven years invested in this game, and I'm not going to start over. If I can't get back on, I'll look for another game on another platform. I'm not one bit happy.
