Minigun roll rigged?

Here's why I think it's either rigged or I got hit with a bug.  Used the current crate coins to roll and missed the minigun (no problem, chances are low) then spent 250 credits today for a roll, and to my surprise, it slowed and landed on the minigun, got excited about using it then it jumped to credits.  Angry isn't quite the word to descibe my reaction.

Surprise, surprise.  They're trying to not give the prize that was earned.  Tried gaslighting me by pointing out that others didn't get it either and the chances are low.  They also claimed it was pushed up (a lie I'm sure) and I will hear back on it from them.

No wonder people are leaving your games Plarium.  After some back and forth with a "supervisor" named Daniel, he flat-out said it will land ON one prize and roll back to another.  If it landed ON the prize as you stated, that's what you get.  Add to this that, when asked for proof, you refused and said you were done addressing it.

The spinning is nothing more than a animation, once you click the button to spin it has been decided what you get, the spinning animation doesn't affect it in any way.

They have to use an RNG that has each prize associated to certain numbers.  Otherwise, if they are selected as soon as the button is hit, then the animation is an intentional misrepresentation of gambling.  2021 they and their parent company, Aristocrat Leisure, were sued for $115m for rigging gambling in games and intentional misrepresentation of gambling games.  What's really interesting is if they're using a PRNG (pseudo random number generator) which is also illegal in gambling as, despite looking random, it isn't.  Also, if it were as simple as you say, why not just send the data as proof instead of refusing?  Now, I am not claiming I know exactly what's going on here and you may very well be correct.  I am simply saying what my legal understanding is from the courses I've taken and my friends input that is a programmer.
